Fees, Payment & Insurance

Our office is a preferred provider in most PPO insurance plans. We will file your insurance claim for you with your estimated portion due on day of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks. Financing is available with approved credit through Care Credit. You may apply at CareCredit.com. This will allow interest-free options from 30 days to 24 months or extended payment options.

Appointments

Appointments are available Monday through Thursday and alternating Fridays. Our normal hours are 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

We ask that you please provide a 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment, or a fee may be charged. We also ask that you confirm your appointment if made in advance.

Emergencies

Every effort is made to structure your dental care so that emergencies are prevented. However, situations do occur. If you should experience a dental emergency, we are available 24 hours a day by calling 407-671-1017 and following the instructions.
